Administrators Forum
The Administrators Forum is open to ASWB member board administrators, registrars, and staff. The agenda varies based on feedback from registrants and provides a great opportunity for social work regulatory staff to learn from their colleagues.
Board Member Exchange
Meet fellow regulators for an engaging exchange of ideas in this facilitated session. Highlights include special interest topics for board chairs, a presentation from NASW-IN, and current issues that matter most to the regulatory community. Plus, we’ll share a practical roadmap for engaging key constituencies in your jurisdiction. Attendees will leave energized with insights and strategies to fuel the work of regulating social work practice. Eligible for one ASWB CE credit for social work licensees.
Annual Meeting topics include financial reports, examination administration, long-range goals, and the association’s bylaws. This meeting is two full days, customarily on a Friday and Saturday
Funded attendees
ASWB automatically funds transportation, lodging, and meals for the following groups. Other attendees will be expected to pay for transportation and lodging, and for meals that are not provided as part of the meeting.

- Members of the Nominating Committee
- ASWB committee chairs
- Member board administrators/registrars
Delegates are expected to vote in elections for leadership positions within ASWB, as well as amendments to the ASWB bylaws and any other business. Delegates will receive information about official actions at the annual meeting prior to attending and are encouraged to discuss these matters with their fellow board members.
