Applying for ACE individual course/conference approval

Continuing education providers applying for approval for a single course or conference must complete an application providing details about the CE program.

New applicants

If your organization is not an ACE provider or has never had a course approved through ACE individual course/conference approval or the New Jersey CE Course Approval Program, you must complete a prequalification request. All applications should be submitted at least 90 days before the course or conference date.

ACE prequalification request

All CE providers interested in applying to ACE must complete a request for prequalification and pay a US$25 fee. ACE will then make an eligibility determination, required before a CE provider may apply for individual course or conference approval.

Review/approval of a prequalification request may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive a complete prequalification request. After the review is complete, you will receive an email with any questions or with your prequalification determination.

Course/Conference applications

ACE offers a simplified online application process. Providers create an account as part of the prequalification process, and once prequalification is confirmed, providers can complete the online application.

The online system allows providers to complete the application in stages, stopping and starting as needed. No emailed applications or paper applications are required.

Payments

Payments by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) can be accepted when an application is submitted. Payment by check is also permitted, but applications do not enter the review process until payment is received.
