ASWB Nominating Committee accepting recommendations

The ASWB Nominating Committee is now accepting recommendations for the 2021 elections. This year, we have four seats up for election on our Board of Directors and two seats on the Nominating Committee. Deadline for recommendations is July 1, 2021.

To be considered for the election slate, an individual must belong to or be an administrator for an ASWB member social work board, or have served as a member of an ASWB member board within the previous two years.

Elected leadership

Each year at the ASWB Annual Meeting of the delegate assembly, delegates vote for individuals to serve on ASWB’s Board of Directors and Nominating Committee.

ASWB office closure

ASWB offices will also be closed for a summer break from Monday, June 29 through Friday, July 3. Please note that some activities may experience processing delays during this time period.

Most registrations, scheduling, and score reporting will continue through ASWBCentral. Requests requiring staff attention will be processed in early July. Most inquiries can expect a response within three business days of our return to the office.
