Help with federal financial aid disclosure requirements

ASWB has developed a suite of tools to help social work degree programs navigate federal requirements for disclosure of licensing qualifications of graduates.

On July 1, 2020, federal regulations took effect requiring all higher education institutions receiving federal financial aid to disclose information about degree programs and students’ eligibility for professional licensure. To remain in compliance, postsecondary education programs must determine whether their curriculum meets the educational requirements of every state for a specific professional license.
