    The role of regulation: Shaping social work's future-ready workforce

    To receive your certificate you must have attended each session in its entirety and complete all required evaluations.

    • Certificates will be issued within 30 days of form submission and verification of attendance.
    • CE certificates will reflect all verified sessions attended. Partial credits will not be issued.
    • This form must be submitted no later than June 15, 2025.

    Regulatory boards are the final authority on session accepted for continuing education credit.
