Education meeting

ASWB hosts an annual two-day educational meeting for social work regulators. The topic of the meeting is determined by the ASWB Board of Directors. In the past, topics have included continuing competence, social work practice mobility, and working with legislators.

ASWB is accepting presentation proposals for the 2027 Education Meeting. Deadline for submissions is July 17, 2026.

ASWB office closures

ASWB offices will be closed Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

ASWB offices will also be closed for a summer break from Monday, June 29 through Friday, July 3. Please note that some activities may experience processing delays during this time period.

Most registrations, scheduling, and score reporting will continue through ASWBCentral. Requests requiring staff attention will be processed in early July. Most inquiries can expect a response within three business days of our return to the office.
