As part of ASWB’s commitment to improving and streamlining our services, we have created ASWBCentral, a one-stop system for test-takers.
ASWBCentral allows you to:
- Apply for exam preapproval in certain states (Colorado, Maine, Texas, and Utah)
- Request nonstandard testing arrangements
- Register for your social work licensing exam
- Schedule your exam appointment with Pearson VUE
- Purchase the Online Practice Test
- View and send your past exam results to another state or province
All from a single dashboard!
Convenient single sign-on experience
Use one email and password to sign in to ASWBCentral. After your registration is complete, you can directly access Pearson VUE’s scheduling system to schedule your exam right away — no more waiting for ASWB to transfer your registration data before you can schedule!
Access to your exam history, receipts, and notifications
With an ASWBCentral account, you can download a copy of your exam results, get a duplicate of your Authorization to Test email, and view a receipt for your exam registration fee.
The database includes historical data for ASWB test-takers, so if you need to send your exam results to another state or province, start with ASWBCentral.
Request nonstandard testing arrangements
Test-takers with a disability or health condition, who are lactating, or who speak a primary language other than English can submit their requests for Nonstandard Testing Arrangements directly in ASWBCentral before registering for the exam.
Other special requests
ASWBCentral also has tools for:
- Reporting test center incidents
- Requesting a waiver of the 90-day waiting period before retaking an exam
- Requesting an excused absence
- Requesting an extension of an exam registration expiration date
