We provide skill based training and consultation for Critical Incident Stress Management, crisis management, workplace violence reaction and prevention, and various mental health and substance use disorder issues. Our goals is to familiarize participants with concepts and terms of evidence based practices, and provide the skills to implement these intervention approaches.

- Ethics provides us with standards and guidelines for how we live our lives and how we conduct ourselves in our work. Ethical standards and guidelines help us evaluate our profession and our colleagues' behaviors. They help us do the "right thing."
