School Pass/Fail Summary Reports

About this service

The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) is able to produce pass/fail reports on graduates of individual schools of social work who took the ASWB social work licensure examinations. These reports may only be ordered by the schools themselves. Reports include aggregate data on graduates who took one or more examinations, broken out by examination category (Bachelors, Masters, Advanced Generalist, and Clinical) and year taken.

The data is also broken out by first-time and repeat examinees. Please note that examinees are tracked in two separate data sets: 1990 - 1997, and 1998 – present. While some examinees may have taken the test between 1990 and 1997, and again in 1998 or after, statistics for these repeat examinees are confined to the separate data sets mentioned above.

Each report is accompanied by North American pass rate statistics.

Report options

Reports can be generated in any combination of years and examination categories—specific years and examinations can be supplied, as well as reports on passing rates for all examinations for a five-year period.

Cost

Cost for the services is $100 per exam category, per year. Five-year sets can be purchased for $400 (one exam category), $600 (two exam categories) or  $800 (three or four exam categories). Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, school check, or purchase order. There is a $25 fee for additional copies of a report previously developed for your school.
